LABOUR LAW NOTES

In Germany, the German labor law governs the legal relations between workers and employers. Since usually people working on a movie production are engaged for the production only, in Germany exist laws and regulations beyond the German Labor Law which should be observed by foreign production companies. Please take appropriate legal advice, tax advice or support from your branch representative.
