Strengthening the creative economy and especially the film and media industry on location and its marketing is the focus of the Frankfurt Economic Development. We work very closely with the municipal offices and see ourselves on site as an information and net work node. In this sense, we provide and support especially communication platforms for the film and media business in order to promote the professional exchange on the domestic as well as on the international level. Helpdesk Film City Marketing Frankfurt
The Helpdesk Film of the city marketing provides policy advice on locations owned by the city and the organization of location tours for film production companies during film festivals. The Helpdesk Film also coordinates contacts with local as well as the national press. The daily newsletter “Presse.Info” reports on selected topics in the field of film in Frankfurt.
Culture Board / Kulturamt der Stadt Frankfurt am Main
To provide, promote and communicate culture – these are the core tasks for the Culture Board of the City of Frankfurt. About 500 individual artists, cultural projects and institutions in the fields of theatre, literature, music, museums, visual arts, neighborhood culture, film and science are getting supported annually. This means that the Culture Board is an important partner of the Frankfurt cultural scene. The eight municipal museums are managed by the Culture Board. In addition to its numerous own events, the Culture Board oversees monuments, fountains, and art in public space.
Tourismus+Congress GmbH Frankfurt am Main
The Frankfurt Tourist+Congress Board (TCF) is the official marketing and sales agency for the City of Frankfurt am Main for the fields of tourism, congresses and conferences. Moreover, the TCF is also the primary organiser of municipal events and folk fairs. Charged with the planning and performance of the city’s myriad marketing activities, the TCF is responsible for image promotion and tourism for Frankfurt am Main on both a national and international level. The Frankfurt Convention Bureau, a special department of the TCF, is happy to offer advice and assistance to event organisers from all across the globe, while at the same time working to attract new congresses and conferences to the Main metropolis.
