HESSEN TALENTS at the 67. Berlinale

The Hessen Film- and Media Academy (hFMA) is a network of 13 Hessian state universities enables students to meet and cooperate in meta-institutional projects: joint pitch-trainings, animation master classes, the joint HESSEN TALENTS presentations at Berlinale. This year’s HESSEN TALENTS selection is a result of a voting from the expert audience at the Hessian Hochschulfilmtag (lit: University Film Day).  Four Hessian universities’ graduation films and semester works will be presented as a “best of”. Two screenings at the Berlinale European Film Market and a free DVD present feature films, animations, documentariesand hybrid productions from the universities in Darmstadt, Kassel, Offenbach and Wiesbaden. Of course, the young talents will also take part in the reception of German film universities on February 14.
